More about the programme
We are offering a well-rounded, structured, and unique programme that engages our young people into progression pathways.
As tutors, assessors and IQA’s with a bank of experience locally, we will be offering a bespoke programme for your pupils consisting of practical skills, knowledge, an industry recognised qualification, support, employability skills and all of this in a real working environment. The assessments will be carried holistically to ensure they represent real working briefs and mirror industry standards.
We will stretch and challenge core skills including English, maths and the use of IT whilst igniting conversations that increase the awareness and importance of equality and diversity, safeguarding, prevent and British values within the workplace. We have tried and tested strategies to support various learning, emotional or behavioural needs.
As experienced tutors we have worked in local FE colleges, gaining strong industry links and an in-depth knowledge of the various pathways into work, we hope to support learners with career options for their next steps and hoping to inspire our next generation of hair and beauty professionals.
